"OEM or aftermarket" is rarely a single decision. On a modern luxury car it is a component-by-component judgement, and the honest answer changes depending on what the part does.
Where OEM is non-negotiable
Anything the car's electronics must recognise or calibrate against: sensors, control modules, air suspension components, timing components and safety systems. Aftermarket equivalents here create faults that look like something else entirely.
Where quality alternatives make sense
Filters, brake pads and discs, and some suspension bushings have excellent OE-supplier alternatives — often produced in the same factory without the marque's box. We only offer brands we would fit to our own cars.
How we document it
Every quote lists the exact part number and origin for each line. You approve the choice before the work starts, and the invoice records what was fitted for your service history.
Our default is manufacturer-approved. Alternatives are offered, never substituted quietly. Ask us for a parts breakdown on your next service and you will see exactly where every dirham goes.
